  • All orders are dispatched from Denpasar Bali via DHL Express. With this, we unfortunately cannot ship to P.O. boxes and Parcel Lockers

  • All order will be dispatched within 2 business days of being placed

  • During sale periods, or new collection launches, there may be a 48 hour delay on the shipment of your order

International customs duties and taxes

Customs duties and taxes change constantly and vary from country to country. We can not be held liable for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the importation of your order. If you are unsure of what potential customs duties may apply to your order please contact your local customs office for pricing and clarification.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Every single order is picked and packed by hand at our warehouse so we work as fast as humanly possible to get your new pieces to you. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Delivery will then take between 5- 7 business days for orders within Australia. Rural areas may take 1 or 2 days longer. Please allow up to 4 weeks for international delivery.

 

When I'm not home when my order arrives, will I need to sign for it?

All our parcels requires a signature upon delivery. Please consider this when specifying a delivery address as we are unable to leave any packages without a signature. We suggest using your work address if you're not at home during the week.

If there is no one to sign at the time of delivery, a postal card will be left informing you that a delivery was missed. Your parcel can then be picked up from your local post office during business hours.

We understand by all the products we design - It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

We are happy to accept full priced goods for a full refund or store credit where they are in original and saleable condition, have not been worn, washed or used in any way and still have original tags attached.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in Australia. For International purchases please contact us within 14 days of receipt and then return the goods.

Items not received, or without notification for international returns within this period will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on sale on discounted items (including those purchased during VIP and flash sales).

Return shipping is payable by you, except for the return of faulty or damaged items in which case the return postage will be credited to the credit card of first transaction. We recommend returning goods via a trackable method to ensure safe delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for missing goods without proof of delivery to us.

The original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed less return shipping and duties as soon as possible. Banking clearance times vary, so please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet the above conditions once assessed. If you would like to return your item(s), please follow the procedure in FAQ's or simply complete the returns form below.
