RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We are happy to accept returns on full-priced items for a refund or store credit, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Item is in original, unworn and unwashed condition

• All tags are attached

• Item has not been worn, used or altered

• Free from makeup, tanning product, perfume or damage


Returns must be lodged within:

20 days of receiving your order within Australia

20 days of receiving international orders (please contact us first before sending the item back)


Items received outside these timeframes, or without prior notification for international returns, may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on:

• Sale items

• Discounted items (including VIP, promotional and flash sale purchases)

• Final sale items


These purchases are final and not eligible for return unless the item is faulty.

RETURN SHIPPING

All Jules The Label orders are shipped directly from our Bali studio in Seminyak, where our small team hand-packs every piece with care. As a result, international delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs and local couriers.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an item is deemed faulty or damaged.

For faulty items, the return postage will be reimbursed to the original payment method.


We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Unfortunately, Jules The Label cannot be held responsible for returns lost without proof of delivery.


Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to review your return or faulty claim.


Once your item arrives back with us, returns are processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We are genuinely sorry if your item hasn’t arrived in perfect condition. If you believe your item may be faulty, please fill this form so we can assist you promptly.
