Frequently Asked Questions
Upon receiving your package, you’ll find your purchase, invoice, and a returns form. If you wish to exchange or return an item, complete the returns form indicating the reason and whether you’d like a credit note or a refund. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with swing tags attached, and be unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition. We do not offer exchanges on sale items. For full-priced items, refunds go back to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal). For sale or discounted items, we’ll email you a credit note once the return is approved.
Refunds are processed less shipping and duties as soon as possible. Bank processing times vary - please allow up to two billing cycles for it to appear on your statement. We process refunds once per week on Fridays.
Use the returns form and note the incorrect item. We’ll replace it with the correct one (subject to stock) or refund the invoiced amount. JTL covers return shipping for incorrectly processed orders.
Please use the returns form and describe the fault. If stock is available, we’ll replace the item; otherwise, we’ll refund the invoiced amount. We’ll credit your return shipping to your nominated card for faulty or damaged items.
