Jules the Label accepts returns on full-priced items for store credit only.
All return and exchange requests must be submitted via the Returns & Exchanges form before returning an item.
Exchanges are processed as a return for store credit.
Return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

3. For faulty or damaged items,, please upload clear photos in the field provided.
4. If approved, you'll receive return instructions via email.
5. Return your item in original condition with tags attached
6. Store credit will be issued once your return is received and approved
